Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff.
Should possess good Handling and Relationship Building.
Ability to identify and develop new markets.
Lead Generation, Client Retention & achieving targets.A successful candidate will be responsible for handling the Business Development Activities and the key role will be new business development & client retention.
Lead generation, client communication, relationship building & consistently closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis in order to meet or exceed targets are important job responsibilities.
Business Development with Lead Generation, Follow Up, Negotiation And Consultative Discussions With Clients To Finalize The Closure Analysis Of The Market And Requirement Gathering Exploration Of All Outbound Mediums
To Close The Business Deal.


Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Proficient in office systems software
Thoroughly fluent in English
