Grievance Redressal System is meant to be a complaint management system which is designed and developed to handle the complaints of the students of all professional institutes affiliated through AICTE. The Portal facilitates the user with effective monitoring and tracking of the grievances lodged by them.
As per the AICTE new regulatory norms, it is compulsory for all the technical, management and central institutions and deemed to be Universities to set up the Grievance Redressal System on their websites to resolve the complaints of students.
